Federal Shared Service Provider Hub

The Federal Government plays a pivotal role in delivering goods and services efficiently not only to its citizens, but also in delivering goods and services to federal colleagues and peers (other federal organizations). Currently, there is a lack of a comprehensive government-wide tool that can benchmark and present shared services across federal agencies. This proposal outlines the need for an inter/intra-agency Federal Shared Services Dashboard that serves as a centralized platform for presenting, comparing, collaborating, and implementing shared services. By aggregating data from multiple sources, this dashboard aims to provide valuable insights to key stakeholders, enhance decision-making, and improve service delivery across the government. This proposal provides a breakdown of the purpose and benefits of creating a Federal Shared Services Dashboard, designed to serve as a comprehensive solution for current inefficiencies in the federal shared services landscape.
